Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been delivered.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Orders confirmed as lost in transit may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
